Last Friday morning, on the 19th of July, numerous reports emerged worldwide of a global outage involving the CrowdStrike latest update. The incident affected CrowdStrike users with Windows operating system, causing significant disruptions across various sectors. 

We want to assure our customers that Call Handling was not impacted by this incident, as we do not utilise CrowdStrike services on our Windows endpoints.
