List of Subprocessors
Call Handling Services Ltd (‘CHS’) may engage carefully selected third-party service providers (‘subprocessors’) to support the delivery, operation, and security of our services.
These providers may process limited personal data on behalf of CHS solely for the purpose of delivering contracted services to our customers.
All subprocessors are subject to appropriate due diligence and contractual safeguards in accordance with UK GDPR requirements, including data protection obligations, confidentiality commitments, and security controls.

Supplier Due Diligence
CHS performs risk-based due diligence before engaging subprocessors. This includes assessing security practices, data protection controls, and contractual commitments to ensure alignment with UK GDPR requirements.
Subprocessors are permitted to process data only for the purpose of supporting the services provided by CHS and are required to implement appropriate technical and organisational security measures.
Changes to Subprocessors
CHS may update this list from time to time as our services evolve or as suppliers change.
Where required by contractual commitments or applicable data protection legislation, CHS will provide reasonable notice of material changes to subprocessors used in connection with customer services.

Governance, Review & Approval
