Call Handling has worked with Citizens Advice since the late 90’s. We were responsible for developing the information service which supports their incoming call strategy and have developed close relationships at both local and national level.
The need for Bureaux to work together to meet the increasing demand for accessibility resulted in Call Handling supplying of a large number of Virtual Call Centres to groups of bureaux, in both small and large configurations.
Our services continue to develop and now include the option of cheap access for many mobile callers and text and chat as part of the equation.
