  All calls free to the caller unless they are using a mobile. Used to be a fairly expensive option for our clients who have to pay per minute for the call but current rates are better than they were.

A Special free call tariff set by the Help Lines Association for their members. Mobiles, even pay and go, are also free and the call won’t appear on the bill which can help with domestic problems.  Great option, which we can supply via our Partnership but you have to be a THA member.

 A popular option because our share of the charge to the caller of 5p from a BT land line can help fund the cost of the service.  Well worth talking about if you are expecting large volumes of calls.

The old “local" rate which costs the caller 4p/min.

The most expensive of the 08 numbers to call at up to 10p/min. Provides earnings for the client – closest to actual Premium Rate which is another ball game altogether.

 An interesting recent addition to the range which charges the caller normal land line rates. The per-minute cost to our clients can be minimal but mobile callers still have to pay more

   PORTING - BEWARE!

Be very careful that the number you choose can be ported between Providers. If not, you can be stuck with a supplier who offers you very few options as your needs change. Its not a good position to be in.
