Q Call service
This is the established branding for filtering services designed and implemented for organisations such as Citizens Advice. They are all geared to supplying the information most often required by clients, usually when they are unable to get through to an advisor or "after hours". About 250 individual offices are supported in this way.

Hate Crimes
Call Handling supplies many Local Authorities and Police Forces with at least one of our Hate Crime services. They are designed to inform and gather information from the local ethnic groups and the population as a whole. Any language can be added to the services which cover Racial Harassment, Domestic Violence, Homophobia and Stop and Search.
