Our multi-ethnic society has created an immediate need to help non-English speakers communicate with Local Authorities, Government and Voluntary Sector organisations.
Information and message taking services
Call Handling is the leading exponent in the delivery of user-friendly services to meet this need. Our system carries about 60 different languages that support regular English speaking services or target individual ethnic groups. Many Local Authorities carry our Hate Crime services, and several Welsh organisations use us to meet their statutory requirements.
