Call Handling has been a partner of the Telephone Help Lines Association for several years and supplies services to over 200 of their members. They range from substantial VCCs under Government contract, to simple call filtering projects and include such names as Mind, British Heart Foundation, Barnados and Scope. We supply our Q Call information service to over 200 Citizens Advice Bureau.

We provide services to a large number of Authorities such  as Camden and Suffolk Councils, The Merseyside Police and The Home Office.  Most of the services are built to our clients requirements and are the result of free consultation. Please contact our sales team for more information.
